About the role
The pipeline that moves every RUBIKLABS product from commit to production is yours. Today it deploys a handful of services; the roadmap turns that into a fleet. You keep the path fast, boring, and reversible.
Responsibilities
- Own CI/CD end to end — build, test, deploy, rollback — and keep a deploy under a minute.
- Codify infrastructure: everything that runs is in version control, nothing is clicked into place by hand.
- Build the observability the on-call rotation depends on — metrics, logs, traces, and alerts that mean something.
Requirements
- 3+ years running production systems on Linux, containers, and a cloud or bare-metal fleet.
- CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and scripting are daily tools, not buzzwords.
- You reach for automation before you reach for a second manual fix.
Nice to haves
- You have run Kubernetes in production, not just in a tutorial.
- You have opened source you can point us to.
