Mail is the first product and the first real production workload — a secure corporate email service used every day. It is where the operational discipline the rest of the path depends on is earned: we run what we ship, we carry the pager, we own the incident. Development continues to broaden its capabilities for the most demanding institutional use.
Transition condition
To Cloud: product scope, operational maturity, and commercial-service readiness accepted by management.
02Next stage

Cloud is the layer every product already runs on — compute, storage, managed databases, observability, on-call. It is internal today; the next stage opens it to external teams so they can build on the same stack we operate, rather than a promise on a slide.
Transition condition
To no-code: developer tooling, tenant isolation, usage metering, and selected pilots ready.

A domain expert who does not write code builds their own product with the tools we provide, on infrastructure we run and operate. This is a general model; commercial terms are settled before they are stated here. It stands on the cloud layer the previous stage delivers.
Transition condition
To physical production: a separate research programme, prototype targets, and an approved physical-resource and capability plan.
