About the role
RUBIKLABS is putting its products in people's hands — literally. You build the mobile app that becomes the front door to Mail, Cloud, and what comes after. One codebase, both platforms, in production.
Responsibilities
- Ship and maintain the mobile app on iOS and Android from a single codebase.
- Own the release pipeline to both stores — build, sign, submit, monitor crashes.
- Hold the app to native-grade performance and offline resilience, not a wrapped website.
Requirements
- 3+ years shipping mobile apps that real users have in production.
- Deep with a modern cross-platform stack (React Native / Flutter) or strong native (Swift / Kotlin).
- You have taken an app through store review and lived to tell it.
Nice to haves
- You have built against your own backend APIs before.
- Push notifications, deep links, offline sync — you have done the hard parts.
