About the role
Three products. One brand. One design language. Jacpol, Mail, Cloud — same skeleton, different scaffolding. You build both.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the system every product ships on.
- Ship at engineering cadence — brief, prototype, handoff, same week.
- Own the public brand surface — website, OG images, investor decks — on your desk.
Requirements
- A portfolio of shipped product surfaces, not mood boards. Production, not Dribbble.
- Design tokens, component systems, motion — technically fluent.
- You can write. You can explain a design decision to an engineer in 200 words.
Nice to haves
- You have designed developer tools before.
- Motion, prototyping, interaction depth — beyond static screens.
