About the role
You keep the building and the people in it safe, around the clock. This is a rotating three-shift role — someone is always on, and for their shift, that someone is you.
Responsibilities
- Control site access and monitor the premises across your shift.
- Respond to incidents calmly and by the book, and log them clearly for the next shift.
- Keep entry, exit, and visitor records accurate.
Requirements
- Valid private security certification (özel güvenlik kimlik kartı).
- Able and willing to work a rotating three-shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Calm, reliable, and attentive — the job is mostly vigilance.
Nice to haves
- Experience securing an office or campus site.
- First-aid or fire-safety training.
